From today, you can re-order your own staff anytime you like in any order you like!

For new feature profile 3, we have a very popular request. Up till now, you needed to email us to change the order that your staff appear on the calendar, while in all-staff view.

This was less than ideal.

But from today, you can re-order your own staff anytime you like in any order you like!

Just head to the main staff page (Settings > Staff), select and hold a staff member then drag them up or down to their new position. It’s that easy.

When you head back to your calendar, the new order will be shown automatically.

The ordering of staff will also apply to the online booking process and the mini-website.

As part of this change, we needed to change how the staff profiles looked on the staff page. The new look makes it easier to drag your staff around and for bigger businesses to see more staff in one view.

It’s up to you how you want to order your staff so have some fun with it.
