What to do with those customer photos
August is turning into a huge month for Timely in lots of ways. The tech bots, in particular, have been in overdrive developing new features just for you.
With this in mind, we have a small but excellent treat to start the week: You can add photos to your customers!
Here’s how you do it:
- Edit a customer and head over to the new “Photo” tab
- Click the green “Upload new photo” button and grab your image. Timely will re-size the image automatically but for the best display, ensure your image’s height is great than the width.
- Click “Save” and you all done.
The image will show up on the customer record in Timely (see above) but this is just the start! We want you to tell us where these new customer photos can be used on Timely.

I would like to be able to add before & after photos to customer records after each appointment in order to keep track of the job done. Then be able to email these to the customer after the appointment to show the finished job.

Would be great if could link email and pull pics from Facebook profiles if public

Would be quicker to also be able to grab the images directly from the webcam rather than having to load them from downloaded images. This is what we did on our old system so it would be great! Also agree before and after photos would be great too. Thanks!
