It’s that time of year and I’ve spent this morning reflecting on 2013. As co-founder of Timely I’m immensely proud of what we’ve achieved this year.
A massive thank you to our customers, partners and crew for making it all happen!

We started the year with a keen group of early adopters from 2012. There are now thousands of Timely users in 26 countries around the world – which is ten times more than a year ago!

Our techbots have been listening to your feedback and have churned out a bunch of awesome features this year. The lines of code that make up Timely have grown 70% from 18,309 to 31,149! Some of the big features launched in 2013 were:

System up-time
We take uptime seriously and we work with the best at Microsoft to provide you with a stable platform to run your business. Industry monitor, Pingdom, reported the 2013 average system uptime at 97.4%. We are thrilled to have blown that out of the water and we’ll be working hard to keep this up in 2014!

More Timely’ers
We started the year with 3 co-founders. Today we have a crew of 9 as throughout the year we’ve made key hires to support all the new Timely customers coming on board. We’ve also welcomed our cornerstone investor, Rowan Simpson. Our plans for next year sees us continuing to grow the team so that we can keep cranking out our awesome customer support and system development.

Appointments booked
It was very cool to hit a milestone of over one million appointments booked in our first full year. We were even more stoked with the response we got when we shared this milestone with you. Over one hundred “warm fuzzies” from our happy customers. Thanks! We <3 you guys!
2014
Bring on next year!
We are just getting started and we’re excited about 2014! The Timely plane has taxied along the runway and is hitting take off speed! We have some big features planned for next year to keep Timely as a market leading solution for small businesses who are fuelled by booking scheduling. If you’re on the ride with us already, thanks for your continued support … and buckle in!
