At Timely, we really are proud of the team we have assembled. They’re all people who believe in what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and how we’re doing it. Most of them are people who have run businesses before and know the struggles of being a business owner first hand. We have worked on putting together a team who “gets it” and this is important to us and our customers.

We’re thrilled to announce Jack Harris has joined the Timely team!

That’s why we could not be more delighted to announce that a super smart fella by the name of Jack Harris has joined the Timely team as a customer support champion.

Jack Harris comes to us with experience wearing many hats.

Jack worked through university in a number of roles and entrepreneurial ventures, and graduated from the University of Otago with a degree in finance in 2015. While studying, he and a business partner created Burger Blue, a gourmet burger truck company that can be found early on Saturday mornings at the Dunedin Farmers Market. Jack has also been involved in bringing several high-profile events, such as TEDxDunedin and Startup Weekend, to the local Dunedin area. He’s clearly a man of many talents.

Last week, Jack hung up his chef’s hat and put on the customer support cap. We’re honoured that Jack has come on board to help us give you the best support for your Timely account, whenever you need it.
