We’re always looking for ways we can improve the Timely experience and we need support from people like you to make that happen! Timely has always built and improved its products by running regular research sessions with our customers. Our sessions allow us to learn from you and hear your voice when it matters most, so we can design the right products that work the way you need them to.
How it works
Once you submit the form below we can get in touch when we’re running sessions that we think you could help us with. There’s lots of ways we might ask you to help: sometimes we might ask you to share your experiences from your working day, other times we might ask you to test a new version of something we’re building.
After you’ve agreed to participate in a project we’ll find a time that works for you to connect, and we’ll explain what we’re working on and how you can help. We know your time is valuable, so we choose to thank you for your participation with a gift voucher. You can say yes to as many sessions as you like.
