Welcoming ClickBook users to Timely
We were sorry to hear the news of the passing of Mark Demicoli, founder of ClickBook.net. It is clear from the comments on the company's website and Facebook page that Mark worked hard to support his customers.
After a lengthy outage, the ClickBook system is back up again now but it seems like many existing customers are having problems still. It appears that the company relied a lot on Mark and it may take them some time to restore full service.
We have talked a lot about this within our team, as we want to remain respectful in this difficult situation. We’ve been talking to some ClickBook customers who have already moved to Timely and it is clear that we can offer genuine help in this situation. It is easy to move your Clickbook data across and we have a team of 12 (and growing) who are on standby to help.

Hi, I've been using clickbook for 8 years now and was blocked from my account the other week and am not receiving any notifications. I wrote to Mark as I normally do when I have a problem. I didnt hear back so went on facebook and have heard the awful news; ( I'm not too sure what I should be doing? Is clickbook going to be taken over do you know? My business is in Australia. If you could let me know any suggestions that would be great.

Hi Bree, it is sad news about Mark and ClickBook. We don't know what is happening with that service but we figured we could at least offer some reassurance with Timely. We have had heaps of ClickBook users switching to Timely, particularly as we can migrate over your customer and booking information.
