Welcome to the team, Sam!
Sam Barton has joined us (alongside Marlia Morris) in the customer onboarding team this past week, and is already straight into helping businesses smoothly move their data from other booking systems across to Timely.
Sam was a Wellingtonian who had his eye on Dunedin for a while. He, his wife and their 10-month-old daughter have relocated down south to live a stone’s throw from the beach.
Sam has a technical background combined with some great chat, and loves working with people, so we’re very excited to have someone with his mix of skills joining us!
I’m so excited to be joining Timely – it’s such a passionate and intelligent group who care about the product they’re creating and the difference it’s making to small business owners. I can’t wait to start helping, while also having the freedom to be fully involved in my daughter’s life.
Sam’s a lover of the outdoors – skating, hunting, nature photography – so outside of Timely he’ll be off exploring the beautiful South Island. Check out some the of the epic wilderness shots already popping up over on his Instagram.

Great hire! I worked with Sam at his previous role where he was well liked and respected. He's not very good at ping pong though :-)
