Samantha loves how easy it is to generate different reports, and from there she is able to analyse her services. This allows Samantha to decide what she is going to do in the business in the future, and which services need to be concentrated on. It’s so simple to run the reports, too.

It’s also great if there are other parties involved with the business. “I run a weekly sales report, which I pass onto my business partner. It’s really easy for them to then see where we are.”

Switching over to Timely from the previous system that Mumanu Massage had been using was a straightforward process, according to Samantha. There were a couple of things that she couldn’t quite figure out, so she emailed the ‘techie’ guys who got back straight away. They also checked back to make sure it had all worked, which she was really impressed with.

For Samantha, it’s all about user experience, and she likes how her clients don’t have to login in order to make an appointment. Her clients comment that it’s really easy to understand, and simple to see which appointments are available. This was not the case with the software that Mumanu had been using prior to Timely.

“You do invoicing as well, which is awesome. Way better than the old system.”

It also allows them to integrate with systems like Mailchimp. Samantha feels like her clients don’t want to be emailed all of the time, so this email marketing tool is allowing them to set up a system where they are only emailed on special events like birthdays and due dates. Samantha is excited to get this up and running, as “it’s going to be really easy, and simple once it’s set up, AND it’s going to save me lots of time”.
