Whitespacing in the staff’s first and last name
Previously, when setting a profile for your staff on the Staff setup page, the field for first and the last name did not prevent users from adding whitespace.
The whitespacing in the staff’s name has unfortunately created an issue on the import process supported by our Customer Success team.
To address this issue, we’ve disabled the ability to create whitespace in the first and last name field for staff.
