As part of our commitment to helping businesses meet their obligations for the GDPR, we have added the ability to include a privacy policy for your online bookings.

Privacy policy option for online bookings and stock levels report changes

New Features & Enhancements

  • We've added a new 'Privacy policy' field under Setup > Online bookings.
  • If a privacy policy is entered in this new field, it will display on the online booking process, and customers will be required to check the box that they accept it.
  • We log the status of the customers' acceptance on the Customer log on the customer's record.
  • The Stock levels report is now able to be filtered by Retail or Professional stock items.

Bug Fixes

  • We fixed a bug with raising sales from the Edit appointment screen, whereby changes made to the services on the appointment were not updating the sale.
  • A bug where the Stock levels report summary section was not working has been fixed.
