Pencilled in booking email notification enabled for for customers using pencilled-in booking status.

Last month we created a new notification message type for pencilled-in bookings. Now, for all customers currently with an “Initial status for new appointments” set to Pencilled-in, we have enabled the message type. This will create immediate value as your clients will now will receive an email informing them that their booking request has been received resulting in less calls to you.
