NEW Client retention reports and more!
Today's update includes some brand new reports, as well as some updates to the Reports page.
NEW Client retention report
We’ve received feedback in the past that our Client retention did not quite hit the mark for what businesses were needing. Our brand new Client retention report can be found under the Business performance reports, and looks at all the clients who had an appointment during the period, and whether or not they have a future appointment. Retention is broken down by location, staff member, booking channel, and service.
Clients not retained report
Our brand new Clients not retained report shows a list of all the clients who were in during a certain period, who did not book a future appointment. This is an awesome companion report for the new Client retention report, and makes it easy to follow up with clients who haven’t booked a future appointment.
New Features & Enhancements
- The Reports page has had a makeover! From here you can now see overviews of all the reports, and click them to run a report.
- The previously named 'Customer retention report' has been renamed to 'Customers absent since'
- We fixed an issue where businesses trying to activate their Timely accounts were not receiving error messages if the activation or plan upgrade failed
- We've fixed an issue where the Transaction summary report was not sorting by payment type correctly
