Clients with future bookings were incorrectly being sent an SMS campaign

The No future bookings option for SMS Campaigns would in some cases send to clients that actually had future bookings. This is now resolved and will only send to clients who truly have no future bookings.

Note:
If the With appointments in date range option is Any date, Today, Tomorrow or any other date in the future, then Has no future bookings checkbox cannot select this option, if any of these selections are used.
