Part-time staff members are currently charged at the same rate as full-time staff members.
The number of SMS included in your package renews each month, on your billing date.
The SMS included in your package are designed to cover your core messaging. You can send as many SMS messages as you like; you’ll just be charged at your SMS rate for anything above the included SMS. You can check how many you’ve sent anytime, and we’ll let you know if you’re going to go over your included amount.
If you’re on our Build, Elevate or Innovate plans, then there is no additional cost for using TimelyPay apart from the processing fees. TimelyPay is available in AU, NZ, UK & the EU. *Our processing fees and countries are listed here.
