When you connect Xero to your Timely account, we’ll automatically sync your Timely invoices, and any associated payments, to your Xero account. This means you only have to enter your sales information in one place – how about that for a time saving hack! The client arrives, you deliver the service they came for, and also convince them to purchase some of the great products you stock. An invoice is raised in Timely with the appointment details and any relevant retail products, and the client completes their payment.
The payment is applied to the invoice, a copy can be sent to the client, and the invoice is then synced to Xero along with the rest of the days invoices at a time you choose. If you’ve already imported your customers from Xero, the invoice will be synced to the existing contact in Xero. If you haven’t, a new contact will be created in Xero based on their information in Timely.
As you manage your accounts in Xero, do so confidently knowing that all appointment and payment details are in Xero for you. Any invoices can be viewed, edited or emailed to the client, from either Timely or Xero.
