These Additional Rules, together with the Official General Rules at https://www.evercommerce.com/sweepstakes-contests-rules/ (“General Rules”), govern the Promotion defined below to be conducted by EverCommerce, Inc., EverCommerce Solutions, Inc. and/or its subsidiary and affiliated companies (collectively “EverCommerce” or “Company” or “Sponsor”). These Additional Rules will prevail in the event of an inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the General Rules and the terms and conditions of the Additional Rules. By entering, you explicitly agree to these Additional Rules and to the General Rules governing EverCommerce promotions.
PROMOTION: Hair & Beauty Industry Survey (“Sweepstakes”)
SPONSOR: Timely Software Pty. Ltd. is the sponsor of this Sweepstakes. Any questions relating to this Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor.
ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes is open to business entities incorporated and operating within Australia that trade in the Hair and Beauty industries.
Employees, officers and directors of Company, its advertising and promotional agencies, and persons engaged in the development of Sweepstakes materials, and members of the immediate family (parents, siblings, children and spouse, wherever they reside) or household (whether or not related) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Participants confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements for this Sweepstakes.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 9a.m. Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) on 1 July, 2024, and ends at 12 a.m. AEST on 14 July, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”). The servers hosting the entry website are the official time clocks for the Sweepstakes.

Limit one entry per individual during the entire Promotion Period. Entries must be completed by the end of the Promotion Period. Any other form of entry is void.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Sponsor will select five separate winners ( each a “Winner”) in a random drawing held approximately fifteen business days following the close of the Promotion Period from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via e-mail and must reply to the email within 5 days in order to formally claim the prize. No Winner is eligible to will multiple prizes, and winning a prize automatically makes the applicable Winner ineligible to win any additional Prizes as part of these Sweepstakes.
PRIZE: One of ten $250 (AUD) GiftPay vouchers, approximate retail value $250 each.
