Welcome Kieran
You know that feeling you get when you think something will work, but then it turns out not to go so well? Yeah, we're not fans of it either.
That’s why we’ve hired Kieran Prisk as a Senior Test Analyst. This will allow us to build the features that you request faster and make sure they all work as planned.
“I will (hopefully!) be helping to ensure your Timely experience is a quality one by testing new features and additions,” Kieran says. “I will also be helping to replicate customer issues to make it easier for the techbots to squash bugs really fast.”
Before joining the Timely team, Kieran was Senior Test Analyst with our friends at TradeMe, where he was mainly involved with testing improvements to the buyer experience. And before that, he spent 5 years at the Ministry of Justice learning the trade. If there’s anyone we trust to make sure everything is running smoothly, it’s Kieran.
His strength in squashing bugs is eclipsed only by his strength outside of work. When Kieran is not working diligently to make Timely better, he’s a former National Powerlifting champion who enjoys trying to move heavy inanimate objects. He also occasionally gets a run on the rugby paddock, will play some video games when his better half allows, and spends time with his pride and joy – 8 month old son Taika.
So when you see a new feature pop up in your account, or when we release an update that fixes the rare bug, you have Kieran to thank for making sure it all runs smoothly.
