Timely Techbots are all ears
The Timely Techbots are always working hard to make things better. In fact, they deployed 10 small improvements over the weekend!
We won’t bore you with the details this time, but most of them were as a result of your feedback.
We love it when Timely users tell us about small things that we can do to make their lives easier.
The Techbots might even say it’s “music to their ears” and leave them grinning from ear to ear.
Enough with the cliches already, here’s how to make suggestions:
- Head to the Help menu at the top-right of Timely and click Give feedback
- Go to Timely help and post a new idea or leave a comment on an existing one
- Send an email with your suggestions to: [email protected]
- Add a comment to related blog posts
- Hit us up on Facebook and Twitter

Thank you for constantly improving your product...but I do not get this comment: "We won’t bore you with the details this time"....as I can't find the changes...would it be better to spell then out so we can try?
Hi Leo, we are going to put in a update-able list of new features, fixes, etc. very soon and leave the substantial stuff for blogs. Do you have any preferences for how this information should be presented?

is it possible to make an app to use if we cant access the internet as i use timely mobile and cant always get an internet connection?
Hi Emma, a few people have asked for an app and this is definitely on our list. In the meantime, please see these tips about what to do when your internet connection goes down. Point 3 may be of particular interest to you.
