Set access permissions for your staff
We’ve rolled out the ability to set access permissions for your staff – perfect for large businesses with different types of staff, or small businesses that utilise a call centre to handle their reservations.
This feature is available immediately on all Timely plans and can be found under Account > Login details > Staff Access
Each staff member will require their own login account which is attached to their email address. When you activate a login account for your staff, we’ll send them an email with instructions on how to set up their own password. Then when they log into Timely they will only see the areas that they have been authorised to view with their permissions.
