We've made it even easier for you to keep in contact with your customers.

You can now send email and SMS messages directly from within Timely. Lot’s of people were asking for this and we definitely agree that it will be a handy feature.

Here’s how it works:

From within the calendar you simply click an appointment and then click the mail icon next to the customer name:


You can then choose to send either an SMS message or an email:


Hit Send and you’re done. We’ll fire off an SMS or email right away.

Remember – we don’t add any additional information to the message so make sure you add a greeting and let the customer know who you are.
