Take bookings from Instagram
In case you missed it, you can now add your Timely Book button to your Instagram account, for free. Making it easier for clients to get inspiration from your posts and book their pre-Christmas appointment.
Make the season more manageable for your clients
Timely is the first salon management software to offer Afterpay, allowing your clients to pay for their products and services in four equal instalments every two weeks, while you get paid straight away. You should also know that the Afterpay application process may take a few weeks, so get started now! Give your clients more options to manage their payments this silly season.

Promote your New Year specials
For many businesses the New Year can be a quiet time for bookings. SMS marketing is a great way to entice your client’s in. Get your specials delivered right to your client’s mobile phones. Head to Promote > SMS marketing to get started!

Taking a break? set up your closed dates
If you’re planning to shut down for some well deserved relaxation over the Christmas period, you can block out your calendar using Closed dates. Head to Setup > Closed dates to enter them.
Update your staff availability in the roster
If your staff are taking holidays over the Christmas break, make sure to roster them off to ensure no bookings are placed with them while they’re away.
