But we’ve heard from some customers that they’d love a way to get in touch directly to resolve their issues even faster. We’ve listened to your feedback, and we’ve put the resource in place to make this happen. Introducing our exciting new premium phone support.
Skip the queue for just $30 a month
With premium phone support, you get a direct line to our wonderful support staff, anytime between 8.30am – 5.00pm AEST & NZT, Monday to Friday. You can add premium phone support to any existing Timely plan for just $30 a month, letting you skip the queue and get back to work with minimal fuss.
There’s only a limited number of premium support slots available, so act fast!
Regular phone and email support is still free (of course!)
If you have a request that isn’t urgent, or you’re happy to use email, our regular support options are of course still available – and free, as they’ve always been.
If you choose not to add premium phone support to your plan, everything will carry on as usual – no changes to your plan price, and no changes to your support options or our response times.
Premium phone support only is currently available for customers in New Zealand and Australia and now the UK!
