New Features to Boost Your Client Retention
Client retention just got even easier, from the moment your clients walk through your door to the moment they leave.
At Timely we understand the importance of delivering a delightful client experience. We want to ensure it’s so good that they’ll return again and again.
Here are a few improvements we’ve made to help keep you nurture and grow your client relationships.
Amazing service = ready to rebook
Once you’ve worked your magic and your client is feeling happy with their service, it’s time to rebook them for next time. To make this even easier we’ve added the ability to quickly book their next appointment as they’re checking out.
New options in rebooking window
This rebooking window will show you any future bookings and also estimates the average time they have between appointments. You’ll have the option to jump ahead that many weeks, and/or choose another date to rebook them. Easy-peasy.
Remember you can always use automated SMS for rebooking reminders as well, if you don’t want to pressure clients during checkout.
The proof is in the pudding
We know you work hard to deliver an exceptional experience so that your clients will return. Our new Client retention report makes it easy to keep track of your client retention percentages. This provides you with a snapshot of the dollar value of retaining clients to your business, and more importantly how this is calculated.
Here’s a summary of our new client retention reports:
- Client retention based on location and staff member:
If you have multiple locations you can now report on your client retention by location as well as by staff member. This is a great way to motivate or incentivise staff and encourage them to learn rebooking tricks from each other.
- Client retention based on the type of service and channel they booked in:
It’s often impossible to advertise all the services you offer on your homepage. This report will help determine which services are more likely to create rebookings and by which channel. We’ve eliminated any need for guesswork.
- Clients not retained report:
This new report shows a list of clients that have visited you within a specific date range, that have not booked a future appointment. This allows you to easily identify those customers so that you can reach out to them directly.
You’ll be able to see the clients’ contact details, last booking details and whether or not they are a new or returning customer.
Tax exclusive reporting
Whilst on the topic of reporting -we’ve also made it easier to run your reports excluding tax. Check out the Executive Summary and Monthly Summary report, and you’ll see a new checkbox which can be unchecked to exclude taxes from your sales figures.
This will take the headache out of calculating commissions.
Coming soon to Timely
We’re not stopping there with ways to help you to nurture your clients. Coming soon is a client loyalty programme. If you choose to have this service, your clients will have the ability to earn Timely rewards that can go towards their next booking with you. Exciting!
