We recently celebrated our 4th birthday at Timely. It was a chance to celebrate our achievements and of course, eat cake!

It’s been a busy year. Between work and family there isn’t as much room as we’d all like for stopping and smelling the roses.

But as we turned 4 years old as a company recently, I did just that. I stopped, sat and just breathed. I reflected on what the last 4 years have been like and what we’ve achieved.

It had a distinct scent – pride.

As I write this, we now have over 6,000 business customers in 85 countries. Over 25 million appointments have been made through Timely.

I’m so very proud of my team, not just the results we’ve achieved, but the way we have conducted ourselves.

We’ve done the hard things. Prioritising over 1,000 feature requests. Building dozens of awesome new features. Responding to hundreds of emails a day (sometimes grumpy ones). Rescuing thousands of people from appointment software that they didn’t love. Participating in industry events and creating content that educates, inspires and entertains our customers.

At every step of the way, the team of wonderful people that I get to call colleagues remain positive, determined, dedicated and above all else, happy human beings.

They make Timely a bloody great place to come every day to work. They also have a huge positive influence on our customers, their businesses and the industry.

They are a breath of fresh air. And to each and every one of them I say happy 4th Timely birthday. Here’s to another year of smashing results.
