Business Time at the 2013 FitEx Conference

Organised by ExerciseNZ, FitEx is THE event on the fitness calendar here in New Zealand. We were keen to show the hundreds of Personal Trainers attending just how efficient they could be with their time.

It was an awesome experience – the attendees were all enthusiastic, high-energy people, and we were blown away by the reception we got at the Timely booth. There was a common thread – these Personal Trainers love what they do, but are super busy and don’t want to burn valuable hours every week on the administration side of their business. Many mentioned the regular no-shows they’d had to put up with.

Cue Timely, where we showed how everything could be automated for them just by dropping a Book Now button on their website or Facebook page. Bookings, online payments, invoices and reminders are then all taken care of while they get on and focus on what they do best.

If you’re in the fitness industry we’d love to hear from you – we’ve found that Timely is a fantastic fit with Personal Trainers, and after the overwhelmingly positive feedback we received at the conference we’re excited about making a real difference in the fitness space!

We also want to pass on our congratulations to Jessica Rule, who was awarded the Up-and-Coming Personal Trainer of the Year for 2013 at the awards night. When Jessica stopped by the Timely booth she was so impressed she signed up on the spot! That’s Jessica on the left, rocking one of our Business Time tees.
