Easter 2015 support hours
The Easter holiday is almost upon us but don't worry, Timely support will be available. We got your backs!
Our customer support crew has been working incredibly hard to provide exceptional service to all our customers. And, over Easter some of us are taking well deserved time off.
Not everyone though because we want to keep offering the same friendly, responsive support that we always do. So here’s what we’re doing:
Timely will offer email support only from Friday 3rd to Monday 6th April. Then normal support resumes on Tuesday 7th April.
Because there’s a smaller crew on duty, responses may not be as lightning quick but never fear, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
