2020 Holiday season support team hours
We know you might still need support from our lovely team over the Christmas break, so here are the hours we’ll be available to you over the next few weeks.
New Zealand and Australia
Normal hours up until the 23rd of Dec, with the support team finishing up a bit earlier on Christmas eve. Limited support crew will be around during business hours on 29th -31st Dec, and BAU support hours from 5th of Jan 2021.
20th – 23rd Dec: Normal support hours
25th – 28th Dec: Support team off enjoying time with family 🎄
29th – 31st Dec: Limited support hours
1st – 4th Jan: Support team off enjoying the first few days of 2021! 🥳
5th Jan: Normal support hours resume for 2021
United Kingdom
