Samantha Snow is a young hairdresser who has always used her initiative. At the age of 17 she set out to deliver her resumé to 30 hairdressing salons in Ponsonby, one of Auckland's hip suburbs. That day, one of the salons offered her a chance to train in Paris. The rest, as they say, is history.

After training and gaining international experience in hairdressing, she returned to Auckland and started up her own salon at the ripe age of 23! She wanted to create a salon on the North Shore that had a different feel – a place that was intimate and personal to the client.

It keeps her organised, she knows where she is at with every single one of her clients, and increases her efficiency. She can always find these notes quickly; all she has to do is log in.
